KJM Capital follows a disciplined investment approach to ensure a strong partnership with the businesses we acquire. We seek to be the lead investor with control positions in companies that meet the following criteria:

Target Size

$20 million to $100 million of Revenue
$3 million to $15 million of EBITDA

Characteristics

Prefer family-owned businesses with the owner desiring to retain a minority ownership position
Diverse and stable customer base
Leadership position or strong regional market share
Strong management team that can lead company after owner’s eventual exit
Capable managers who can benefit from the C-level involvement of KJM Capital’s partners
